Robert was an excellent tech! He knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional with the service! The company seemed like a small company, which was great! They had someone come out for a quote the same day, and installed everything the very next day! Very fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend!

William was excellent, not only did he quickly fix my initial problem but also found two others that could have caused me major issues with my grounding system. After repairing those, he made me aware that my smoke detectors were 3 years expired and needed to be replaced. I decided to replace those myself and he told me exactly what to buy which really helped. He gave me written estimates on everything he was going to work on and even saved me $100 on the grounding by finding a more efficient solution. I really appreciate him doing that for me! I highly recommend this company.

Fernando did my work today and he was great. He was on time and professional. He explained my options and made suggestions for potential future upgrades. I never felt like he was pushy, agressive, or difficult to talk to, and he left the work areas clean. The price given seemed reasonable for the work, and the job was done quickly. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service I received.

I’m so pleased and grateful to Fernando, who quickly resolved the electrical wiring to my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I was getting ready to purchase a new dishwasher but Fernando explained that it was in fact the wiring and not the dishwasher. He also recommended a surge protector as we’ve been having a lot of problems in our area with surges .Thank you so much Fernando. Keep up the good work!! Mr. Robert Untermeyer assessed our electrical problem and informed us promptly of the issue that occurred with our electrical box. He informed us that he would have to install a new electrical box for our air condition to work properly. Mr. Robert Untermeyer and his team professionally installed our new electrical box and had our lights back on before 5:00pm. They were extremely professional and curtious. Mr. Robert Untermeyer did a test walk through of the outlets in each room to make assure they were working properly before they left. He advised us that 2 of our ceiling fans would need to be updated before he left as they were no longer working at all. We are extremely pleased with the work he has done and would advise anyone who needs electrical work done on their home to hire Mr. Electric. They are extremely professional, curteous and prompt and provides top tier service. You can't go wrong with Mr. Electric.

Nezir did a great job. He explained everything very clearly and gave an accurate assessment of how long and how much it would take for the job. He also ensures to clean up after himself and completed the job exceptionally well. We're definitely glad he came out to do the job and will definitely go back to him for any future work

I recently had a bathroom remodel done on Jan. 29-31, 2024 where I converted my jacuzzi bathtub to a shower only. Mr. William, the electrician with Mr. Electric that was contracted by WestShore Home, showed up to my house to make sure things were good before pulling out my jacuzzi tub. Mr. William was wonderful because he addressed some concerns he had in relation to my fuse box and other minor issues in my home. My husband and I were able to get these things taken care of on the same day! I was impress how Mr. William worked swiftly and smooth and communicated with my bath remodeled team on things he were doing when he had to cut power and then restore power for the bath team to continue what they were doing. I am member of Mr. Electric! Thank you Mr. William!

The staff are super professional and helpful in setting up appointments. Robert was my service professional, and he did an amazing job on a few items around my home. Replacing fans, including a box for one that was poorly installed by the previous worker, and installing a new outlet in the home, Robert did it all quickly, efficiently, and with a wonderful attitude. He was pleasant to speak with, made me feel safe in his work and presence, and I intend to call again if I need more electrical work done. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and Robert!

Mr. Electric is awesome! They had a tech, Fernando, come out right away and the issue was diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner. I had another company come out prior with a very different/expensive quote. Turns out, I only needed Mr. Electric to send Fernando to the rescue.

From the moment I put in my request online to the moment Robert V. left when work was done, Mr. Electric of Midtown was great to work with on the installation of our home EV charger. Robert V. was polite and courteous, and very upfront with all costs and services when doing the initial assessment. End product was a clean, neat job done in just a few hours. The main breaker at my home blew out at 6:30pm on a weekday resulting in a complete power loss. The company was quick to locate and dispatch an electrician who was able to source a temporary replacement that evening and schedule a follow up to install the new replacement breaker the following morning. Power was restored to my home that evening in about an hour. I can not recommend this company more, excellent service, especially being an after hours service call.

Robert V. From Mr. Electric diagnose & replaced my Electrical Panel on the spot he gutted out my old panel and found the main problem, a screw from the outside had dented the main breaker causing the problem. He stayed long hours explaining & replacing all the new panel and breaker to me, I learned a lot and appreciated his work to getting the electricity back up. Thanks Robert

Mr. Electric was very professional and held the best value for cost compared to the multiple other companies I received quotes from. They called to schedule a free estimate and arrived on time. Nezir was amazing and gave me a quote within 5 minutes of looking over the project area (installing home EV charger). He completed the work same day within a couple of hours. Overall terrific service and would recommend.  

Just had a service done with Scotty, he answered all my questions, was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He expressed some concerns that he found which is appreciated. Very quick and reasonably priced. I will be calling again for future projects!

Robert switched out my 30amp circuit breaker with a 50amp after I changed out my AC unit. He also installed a whole home surge protector to help protect our belongings. He was informative and gave us options on what to do and did not push for any course of action.

Mr. Electric is an awesome company! They got me an appointment for an estimate in 1 day. The electrician, Scotty, figured out my problem very quickly. He replaced a circuit breaker and a GFI outlet in less than an hour. And, the price was very reasonable, to me. They also give veteran discounts, which is nice.

Nick introduced himself and was very professional and thorough. There was more to it than just the breaker was tripping. Nick spent much-needed time getting to the problem. Come to find out, the broken light in the pool was the culprit. Nick narrowed it down after explaining other things that have happened, it all made sense. He was able to disconnect the lights temporarily in order to get the pump to stay on.

We decided to replace our ~50yr old electrical panel while we replaced our air conditioning system. The price was not the cheapest but the professionalism, quality and timing of work was well worth it. Fernando Costas knows his business and would ask for him on all of my future projects. Franklin was very professional, on time and friendly. He was very thorough, and explained everything that he saw that needed to be fixed that had been improperly wired beforehand, with pictures and a thorough explanation of the price options for what we had already requested, as well as anything else we might choose to fix. He ended up working all day for us into the early evening to get everything done, while dealing with the heat and humidity for a good portion of it. We also really like the member options, as well. We really appreciate his time and his work and highly recommend him and Mr. Electric to anyone that needs an electrician.

Ask for Franklin Escobar. We’ve had a series of electrical problems in our house and hired several different companies to take a look. All of them cited something small, charged us their fee, and left. A few months later, the problem inevitably resurfaced. Franklin inspected every inch of our electrical system, found the root cause, and fixed it quickly and at reasonable cost. He is extremely thorough, takes his time to explain everything, and is clearly a perfectionist. I highly recommend his work.

On 1/18 , Centerpoint caused a deliberate power outage in my neighborhood and all hell broke out In terms of my burglar and smoke/ fire/ carbon detectors going off for several hours. We had to leave my house because everything was blaring! Only Mr. Electric(Nezir) would come to promptly assist , for which I am grateful . Will use this service again but they can be expensive Waiting to see if Centerpoint will step up and reimburse me( not likely).

Samuel listened to details of what I was looking for, repeated it all back clearly, provided the estimates for the work I wanted now and the work I am considering for later, and then performed the work I request for now successfully.
